TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement and that your membership in sitenhancements.com shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you and sitenhancements.com. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by sitenhancements.com. Be sure to review these from time to time. Your ongoing participation in sitenhancements.com is subject to these terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in sitenhancements.com after all modifications shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of sitenhancements.com.
Currencies Accepted:
US Dollars is the only currency accepted at sitenhancements.com.
Members who use other currencies will remain a Free member and cash spent will be considered a donation.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in sitenhancements.com. You must provide sitenhancements.com with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. You are opting-in to receive special offer emails from sitenhancements.com . If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your membership at anytime.
Your account must be kept active. Inactive accounts are deleted at 7 days of inactivity on a daily basis.
Members may have only one account per person, computer, email address and egold number.
Accounts may not be sold.
It is the members responsibility to ensure his/her password is protected. If you give your password to another and your account is stolen or compromised in anyway there is nothing we can do. Always ensure you are paying the correct egold account. SE egold number to pay is 3129223.
All information submitted must be valid. In the case where information is found to be invalid that members account will be forfeited. Earnings, credits and upgrade will be lost.
Before requesting any rewards ensure your egold or paypal Information is correct. If you receive a bonus, but your egold number or paypal info is in-correct you will loose that bonus. Once a payout is sent it can not be taken back. We will not check your account for you. This is solely your responsibility.
In order to earn a bonus with us you must view the advertising of our other members through our autosurfer located in your member account menu. You are required to remain an active member. Bonuses are only given to active upgraded members and only for actively viewing other members sites, clicking on the banners in the ptc section and clicking on the images in the treasure game room.
It is the members responsibilty to ensure all information submitted in your account is correct. If information is found to be false your account will be deleted and all rewards and units purchased will be lost.
It is the members responsibility to ensure your email address is in
working order. If we send you an email and it bounces your account will be placed on suspension until we receive an email address in working order from you. All days surfing lost to this is gone and will not be replaced. Be sure your email provider accepts emails from us and that your account is not full.
WEBSITES SUBMITTED:
Members must have at least one webiste in working order submitted into rotation at all times or that member will be suspended. We are an adveritsing site. Members must have advertising available for other members to view.
Members must at all times have some credits allocated to at least one of their website/s or that website will be deleted and the member suspended. If a member had allocated all account credits to one of their websites that day, but credits were used up by other members visiting that members website this will not apply.
If a member has more than one working website with credits allocated only the websites with no credits will be deleted and suspension does not apply.

PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING THESE TERMS:
Members understand and agree that submitting sites which are in violation of our Terms will be dealt with by management. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated and their web site(s) banned for breaking these terms and conditions/policies forfeiting all revenue generated. We wish to make sitenhancements.com a pleasant and enjoyable place and ask members to respect other members’ rights.
HOW SITENHANCEMENTS AUTOSURFER PROGRAM WORKS.
Members join and surf. Free members may request cashout at $1.00 minimum. If you request less than $1.00 minimum your request will be declined and the cashout amount will be lost. You must have an upgrade purchased to receive activity bonuses. bonuses are given weekly depending on level and you if you surf daily.
. If a site/s is found in rotation by a free member that breaks our terms this member will be deleted.
If a member wishes to purchase one or more Upgrades members then receive a certain number of urls permitted per level to show their sites/products in rotation. Members have the right to enter up to 10 urls depending on the level of membership they purchase. Upgraded Members surf at minimum 5 up to 15 other members websites depending on level of membership. This earns them a right to receive a weekly bonus for their participation that week and each week they participate until their level expires. Upgrades expire 30 to 45 days from date of purchase depending on members level of membership. If members do not participate they do not earn a weekly bonus. Members only earn bonuses for weeks they participate.
Cash spent for Upgrades is not an investment or deposit. Members are purchasing advertising, which gives that person the right to show their site or product to other members and for advertising packages and for the use of their membership account. All weekly bonuses paid to members are rewards for their participation in sitenhancements.com. Rewards are given purely at the Admins descretion.
There are no guarantees of members receiving any rewards at all. Once an upgrade ad package has been purchased you may then submit your ads from your members area and you acknowledge no refunds shall be given.
All Members:
Upgrades cost 1.00/5.00 plus fees per order.

OPERATING EXPENSES:
All revenue is used for operating expenses such as server fees, programming fees, and administration fees, plus weekly activity bonuses. User understands and agrees that, if the funds are kept with these payment processors or no funds have actually been sent in and not withdrawn by SITENHANCEMENTS.COM’s administration team, we cannot be obligated for these funds because we never received any money directly from you. Always be sure you are paying Egold Account Number 3129223. We reserve the right to end weekly bonuses if such an unlikely event occurs. User understands and agrees with our policy to direct all questions directly to these payment processors. You have sent them money, which did not reach our account they are obligated to return it to you. Sitenhancements.com uses ONLY E-Gold.com US Dollars for processing payments.
Purchasing Upgrades:
User understands and agrees that upgrades last 30 to 45 days from the time of purchase depending on level of membership. User understands and agrees that all money collected through the sitenhancements.com website is for the expressed purpose of advertising a specific advertisment to our members, and that they are PURCHASING advertising packages and that once your transaction is completed all revenue collected becomes the sole property of sitenhancements.com. YOU ARE NOT INVESTING. User understands and agrees that any transactions processed through the sitenhancements.com website are e-commerce transactions for the sole purpose of exchanging money for specific goods or services.
Rewards And Maintenance Fees:
Sitenhancements.com charges a 5% Maintenance Fee on all egold upgrades.
There are no fees for payouts. Weekly bonuses are added to upgraded members accounts and will receive cashouts once their upgrade expires. The members account is then checked for any discrepancies. When the members account is found to be in good standing the payout is issued to the same processor number the upgrade was purchased from. Usually payouts are issued within 24 hours, but may take up to seven business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We will not pay to an egold number where upgrades were not purchased by that member.
CHARGE BACKS:
User understands and agrees that, in the event of a charge back,
Sitenhancements.com reserves the right to reduce the account level
or hold any earnings incurred due to the 'increase' of the account
level. sitenhancements.com also reserves the right to terminate an
account if the money from a charge back is not returned to us.
User understands and agrees that when a charge back occurs,
the payment processors will debit the money from our account,
which is held in trust by them. When this happens, we do not
receive any money, and thus reserve the right to reduce the
account level reflecting the funds which were not received by us.
Fraud
User understands and agrees that, in the event of a security breach,
Sitenhancements.com reserves the right to reduce the account level
or hold any earnings incurred due to the 'increase' of the account
level. Sitenhancements.com makes every effort to ensure the security
of the payment process, including manual payouts, but in the event of a security breach, or
"Hacking" event, sitenhancements.com shall be held harmless for funds not received, and will not be held liable to make restitution for funds mis-appropriated, redirected, or stolen from user.
Refunds
Due to our Units Automatic system no refunds are applicable since your product is delivered immediately upon payment. Furthermore, members understand and agree that they are required by these terms of service to notify sitenhancements.com's through our contact Page located at http://www.sitenhancements.com/contact.php prior to requesting a refund and/or resolution of dispute. Failure to comply with this policy is grounds for immediate termination of your account and all loss of revenue.
Account Cancellations:
1. Breaking The Terms of sitenhancements.com
2. Users may not, under any circumstances, use this
sitenhancements.com website to contribute, post or transmit any
material of an infringing, threatening, abusive, hateful,
harassing, libellous, inflammatory, obscene, indecent,
pornographic, profane nature that could constitute or encourage
conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to
civil liability or otherwise violate any law.. This includes
badmouthing in a private or public forum.
3. You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way.
4. Repeatedly submitting sites inappropriate for the general
public
5. Publicly displaying emails received from sitenhancements.com.
This includes, but is not limited to a private or public
forum.
6. We reserve the right to stop ad viewing activity for members who
have multiple accounts and member/s will forfeit all earnings
from all accounts.
7. Anything sitenhancements.com feels warrented for termination
Sitenhancements.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's membership in and access to the sitenhancements.com Website and sitenhancements.com sevices. All Earnings may be cancelled in sitenhancements.com sole discretion, and the Member may be referred
to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by sitenhancements.com.
SPAM:
We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. Any messages sent where email was not requested is Spam.
We will not tolerate spam under any conditions. All members found
SPAMMING will have their membership terminated with all earnings, credits, units lost and will not be eligible to join sitenhancements.com in the future.
TAXES:
Sitenhancements.com does not charge any taxes. User understands and agrees that you are responsible to report and pay any and all tax requirements in your national, state or local jurisdiction. We highly recommend that Users discuss any tax-related questions with a tax professional in User’s jurisdiction.
LIABILITY CLAUSE:
You agree that use of the sitenhancements.com is at your sole risk.
